We are seeking PSWs for a Long Term Care facility in the Penetanguishene area. There are multiple vacant opportunities available. Shifts are 8 pm to 7 am Mon-Sun.

The successful candidate’s areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The selected candidate will have a PSW certificate
  • Must be available for a variety of shifts: nights, evenings, and every other weekend.

Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to:

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in PSW/NACC. Related experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in LTC. 2 plus years requested.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, electronic record keeping and data collection systems.
  • Must be comfortable supporting individuals at indoor/outdoor activities.
  • Current certification in First Aid/CPR.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s License (G2 minimum).
  • Able to successfully complete and provide a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months.
  • Previous experience working with individuals in LTC setting.
