Extendicare is seeking a Part-Time Personal Support Worker (PSW) / Health Care Aide (HCA) for our Long Term Care facility located at 82 Park Road North, Oshawa, Ontario. The successful candidate must have completed a PSW or HCA / CCA certification meeting the required standards and have experience in long-term care or community home care, preferably with exposure to dementia and palliative care. Knowledge of care planning systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Access to a reliable vehicle is required for community home care roles.
