Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Support Worker services in clients' homes and communities.
• Deliver compassionate, client-centered care and support daily activities as part of a collaborative Bayshore team.
• Maintain client safety, dignity and independence through respectful, culturally sensitive care.
• Complete documentation and communication with care team using provided mobile devices.
