Overview

Title - Personal Support Worker

Location - Guelph Rural - Erin, Rockwood and Hillsburg

1 Full time - Days- 7am to 3 pm shift, with every other weekend availability

1 Part time Evenings - 3 pm to 10 pm with alternative weekends

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the client care plans. You will be responsible for queuing client medications. You have a passion for making connections and being able to build relationships and rapport with the clients you work with. You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision. You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently. You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible. You have a safety first mindset and understand the importance of ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your clients.

Qualifications / Skills

• You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. You are highly organized and excel at managing your schedule. You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are currently certified as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).
