Job summary

Fortinos is seeking a Personal Shopper to fulfill e-commerce orders with accuracy and a friendly, customer‑focused approach. You will assist customers, shop for their needs, and handle checkout with various payment methods in a fast-paced retail environment.

Training is provided, no prior experience required, and you can expect a unionized setting with shifts that may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is needed.

What you’ll do

• Provide great customer service by assisting with general questions, maintaining a positive environment
• Shop for customers by accurately filling their orders with quality products
• Scan products and process customer transactions accurately using debit, credit, cash and gift cards
• Contact customers to ensure order accuracy or to inquire about product substitutions
