Job summary

Zehrs, a Loblaw company, is hiring Personal Shoppers across Canada to fulfill e‑commerce orders with accuracy and care. You’ll help customers by answering questions, shopping for orders, and processing payments, while maintaining a friendly, efficient store environment.

No previous experience is required; training is provided to set you up for success. The role offers flexible hours, with shifts that may include days, evenings, nights and weekends, and involves some lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience welcomed but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow training.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general questions and create a positive shopping environment.
• Shop for customers by accurately filling their e‑commerce orders.
• Scan items and process transactions (debit, credit, cash, gift cards).
• Contact customers to confirm order accuracy or substitutions.
