A leading brokerage in Alberta is seeking a seasoned personal lines insurance professional to manage and grow a book of clients. This role involves handling sales and service inquiries as well as achieving growth targets. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, holds a Level 1 Alberta license, and possesses strong accountability and adaptability. The position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 – $65,000 plus commission and benefits.

About The Position:

Job Requirements:

  • Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred
  • Minimum 3years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)
  • Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturity
  • Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy
  • Proven ability to grow a book and meet revenue or policy targets
  • Experience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression

Benefits:

  • $55,000 – $65,000 base salary depending on experience plus new business commission and annual bonus
