Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of personal lines insurance client
  • Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Provide quotes for new policies and coverage changes
  • Educate clients on policy coverage, limits, and options
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures
  • Act as the liaison between clients and insurance carriers
  • Upsell or cross-sell insurance products
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products (2 years minimum)
  • RIBO license
  • Experience with multiple carriers and quoting systems
  • Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and risk assessment
