Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience preferred.
• RIBO License preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on personal insurance options and conduct needs assessments.
• Service ongoing client needs and process renewals.
• Write new business and retain existing clients.
• Contact Underwriters to negotiate policy terms.
• Prepare documentation for insurers and process policy changes.
• Stay informed on underwriting rules and market trends.
• Participate in training initiatives and professional development.
• Engage in community marketing initiatives.
