Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Personal Injury law, focusing on Accident Benefits and Tort matters.
• Experience in preparing LAT Applications and Case Conference Summaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accident Benefits & Tort files from inception to resolution.
• Prepare and compile essential documents such as Affidavit of Documents.
• Draft legal documents including Statement of Claims and basic motions.
• Manage scheduling and organize necessary materials.
• Communicate with clients and provide support to legal counsel.
