Job summary

Bank of Montreal is hiring for a Retail Banking Sales & Service role. You will deliver exceptional service, identify customer needs, and guide clients through financial solutions both in-branch and through digital channels.

You will collaborate with partners, promote alternative banking channels, and work toward branch targets while following regulatory requirements and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification desirable.
• Canada only: registration to sell investment products must be completed within 12 months.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
• Passionate commitment to helping customers.
• Drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• A focus on results in a consultative, team-based environment.
• Resourceful self-starter with courage and confidence.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
