Compensation

Starting rate of pay $26.62/hour for eligible direct services.

Compensation for Travel Time, Staff Education and Development or Team Meetings at $23.62/hour.

PLUS Mileage Reimbursed at $0.50/km as applicable.

Part-time employees are eligible to receive 8% in lieu of benefits in addition to vacation.

  • Able to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends and understand the nature of our work and the importance of good attendance and reliability.
  • Some caregiving experience is not required, but is an asset
  • A PSW, DSW certificate or experience/education in a similar role is an asset but not required.
  • Successful Candidates will be required to obtain a current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
