A leading mining company in Ontario seeks a Permitting Lead for the Hammond Reef Project. In this role, you will manage permitting processes for major projects, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management, extensive experience in mining environmental roles, and knowledge of federal and provincial regulations. This position offers a 40-hour work week with potential teleworking and travel to various locations.

Reporting to the Manager, Environmental Permitting, Major Projects, you will be part of the Permitting Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with the ability to work within the teleworking policy for Ontario with offices in Timmins, Sudbury, Kirkland Lake or Atikokan, ON; Occasional travel to sites, other Agnico Eagle offices and Indigenous communities to participate in events and speak to technical aspects.
