We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team; someone who can plan, execute, optimize, and analyze digital marketing programs while also contributing strategically and working directly with clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Account Strategy & Planning: Collaborate on client strategy across the full marketing funnel; build and manage marketing calendars aligned to campaigns, promotions, and business goals; participate in client‑facing meetings and serve as a trusted expert; help elevate strategic thinking across accounts and the agency.
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Own and manage paid media programs (Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta Ads); plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns based on performance; manage multiple client budgets with a balance of efficiency and growth.
  • SEO & AEO Program Support: Collaborate with SEO and AEO specialists; use paid performance insights to inform organic strategy.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Attribution: Own performance reporting across all channels; build dashboards using GA4 and Looker Studio; analyze and present insights clearly to clients.
