We are seeking a Senior Manager, Performance, Insights & Portfolio Strategy to lead commercial performance, insights, and portfolio actions across Sales, Marketing, Demand, Supply, and Finance.

This IN‑OFFICE role can be located in Montreal, QC; Huntingdon, QC; or Delta, BC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercial strategy, sales operations, business insights, portfolio or category management, or similar, including team leadership.
• Experience in cannabis, consumer packaged goods, retail, or fast-moving industry.
• Experience with portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, revenue growth management, market/syndicated data, or commercial planning.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring commercial performance reporting across revenue, volume, margin, product, customer, channel, and market measures.
• Translate performance results, trends, and variances into insights, recommendations, and priorities for Sales and cross-functional leadership.
• Partner with Sales leaders to identify performance gaps, execution opportunities, and corrective actions.
• Establish reporting routines and performance reviews linking results to priorities and accountability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Demand, Supply, Finance, and other partners to align portfolio decisions with financial targets.
• Develop dashboards, tools, and reporting routines with Business Intelligence to improve visibility into sales execution and market trends.
• Translate strategic portfolio priorities into actionable steps for cross-functional teams.
