DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Performance & Digitalization Analyst, located in Markham Ontario, Canada The Performance & Digitalization Analyst will support the advancement of data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across DePuy Synthes. This role will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor business performance, develop insights from data, identify process improvement opportunities, and help implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Analyze business performance metrics and develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support operational and strategic decision making. Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights. Support the implementation and adoption of digitalization initiatives, tools, and technologies across business functions. Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate operational needs into data-driven solutions. Conduct analyses of business processes and identify automation, simplification, and efficiency opportunities. Support continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving and performance management methodologies. Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for business leaders and cross-functional teams. Assist with change management, communications, and user adoption activities related to digital transformation programs. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards and policies. Collaborate with regional and global teams to share best practices and support enterprise-wide digital initiatives.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, or a related field required.

Experience and Skills Required

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in trade operations, import/export, logistics, or supply chain operations within a regulated environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and standard Microsoft Office tools. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Experience in analytics, reporting, dashboard development, business intelligence, process improvement, or supply chain support roles preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and communicating insights to business stakeholders. Experience with reporting and visualization tools, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and other analytics or automation technologies preferred. Ability to define and track KPIs, create performance reporting, and support structured business reviews. Exposure to digitalization, automation, workflow improvement, or systems implementation projects is preferred.

Other Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : 74,000.00 - 133,000.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
