The Role

The Performance Creative Strategist is the bridge between campaign storytelling and performance acquisition channels. This role is responsible for translating campaign strategy into platform-ready creative that converts, using insight, iteration, and storytelling that drives measurable growth.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role that blends creative instinct with analytical rigor. The ideal candidate understands what works on Meta, TikTok, Google, and other acquisition platforms—and knows how to scale variant testing, creative learning, and execution to maximize performance.

What you’ll be Doing
  • Acquisition GTM Creative Strategy: Build go‑to‑market creative strategies that translate brand, product, and feature value into acquisition‑focused executions across growth channels.
  • Creative Strategy & Testing: Lead creative development and messaging experimentation for performance channels (paid social, paid search, programmatic).
  • Channel Scaling: Identify, test, and scale mid‑funnel and emerging channels, building playbooks for expanding reach while protecting efficiency.
  • Messaging Optimization: Develop conversion‑oriented copy for ads, landing pages, and acquisition flows, continuously refining the product story based on testing and performance data.
  • Funnel Optimization: Diagnose friction points in the acquisition journey and work cross‑functionally to improve conversion paths from first touch through application.
  • Experimentation & Iteration: Own the A/B and multivariate testing roadmap across performance channels, driving high‑cadence experimentation.
  • Performance Analysis: In partnership with the Head of Paid Performance, analyze campaign results, extract insights, and turn findings into actionable improvements.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Programme management, Performance Marketing, Product, Creative, Brand, and Data teams to coordinate launches and align execution with growth goals.

  • A Performance‑Driven Creative: You have proven experience developing creative strategies and assets designed specifically for performance marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
  • An Analytical Mind: You blend creative instinct with analytical rigor. You’re comfortable analyzing campaign results and using data to make your next creative move.
  • A Master of Conversion: You are an expert in conversion‑oriented copywriting and understand how to optimize messaging for ads, landing pages, and funnels.
  • A Relentless Experimenter: You have a passion for high‑cadence A/B and multivariate testing and are always looking for ways to improve performance.
  • A Strong Collaborator: You have a track record of working with diverse teams (Brand, Product, Data) to align on goals and execute complex campaigns.
  • Full‑Funnel Thinker: You can diagnose friction points across the entire acquisition journey, from the first ad impression to the final conversion.
