At RINK Testify Performance, we’re seeking part-time Performance Coaches who are passionate about strength and conditioning and committed to delivering high-quality training experiences to our athletes and members.
Who You Are:
- You're energized by the science of strength and conditioning.
- You bring a positive, professional, and approachable attitude.
- You're organized and experienced in creating and adapting training plans.
- You hold (or are working toward) a CSCS or similar certification—an asset.
- You can provide clear police information and abuse registry checks.
Key Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With:
- Build Relationships: Foster strong connections with athletes, parents, and stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Deliver High-Quality Coaching: Lead and assist in training sessions across all program levels, maintaining excellence in coaching and athlete development.
- Plan and Execute Training: Develop, plan, and deliver performance sessions tailored to individual and group needs.
- Assess and Adapt: Conduct athlete assessments, interpret testing results, and adapt programming to optimize performance outcomes.
- Enhance Program Quality: Provide feedback to improve session delivery and ensure alignment with Testify’s standards for coaching structure and execution.
- Support Integrated Care: Collaborate with RINK professionals to support holistic training and rehabilitation efforts.
- Track and Analyze Performance: Coordinate client feedback and assist in data collection and performance analysis to inform training strategies.
- Commit to Growth: Engage in ongoing professional development, maintain relevant certifications, and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or a related discipline.
- Certification: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a combination of education and practical experience in performance coaching or athletic development.
