Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data warehouse architecture and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Certifications such as Yellow/Green/Black Belt, PMI-PMP, or PMI-PBA are considered assets.

As a Performance Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain strategy—developing key performance indicators, automating dashboards, and applying advanced analytics to optimize processes. Beyond the numbers, you’ll present findings to stakeholders, influence decisions, and collaborate across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, financial/data analysis, or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and proficiency in Excel and SQL.
