PepsiCo Beverages Supply Chain Leadership Program

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Job type: Onsite

What critical experiences will you get?

You’llbe based out of one of our world class manufacturing and distribution facilities. The goal of this Leadership Program is to develop the next great People leaders of PepsiCo! Your initial assignment will be to familiarize you with our day-to-day business operations and leading in a front-line Supply Chain organization.

This experience will include motivating a frontline team, problem solving issues, and removing barriers in order to help “win the shift”.You will also be responsible for tracking business critical KPIs to identify trends to focus on meaningful projects that advance PepsiCo’s journey to be a Faster, Stronger and Better Company.

Responsibilities
  • Applying theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of operations, repair procedures, trouble shooting and preventative maintenance to support facility equipment reliability
  • Executing Annual Operating Plan for Production
  • Achieving performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality
  • Tracking key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets
  • Overseeing and assuring facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime
  • Building people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations
  • Ensuring compliance with all quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
