Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to help bring our beloved brands to shoppers across Canada. You will work with store teams to stock shelves, set up displays and support promotions, while staying organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

The role is ideal for students and individuals who enjoy independent work, with a strong emphasis on safety, time management, and reliability. Weekend availability is a plus and a valid G license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence.

• Valid Class G driver’s license with own vehicle.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Independent worker with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise Pepsi products in store shelves, racks, coolers and displays.
• Support store promotions by ensuring shelves are stocked and promotions are optimized.
• Collaborate with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to service Pepsi accounts.
• Maintain neat and orderly back-room stock.
• Rotate expired products to ensure freshness.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising Pepsi products into store shelving, racks, coolers and displays using manual or powered equipment.
• Supporting execution of store promotions by ensuring all shelves are filled and promotional materials are maximized.
• Working collaboratively with the Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide top quality servicing of all Pepsi accounts
• Maintaining back-room stock in neat and orderly condition
• Rotating out expired products to ensure freshness of Pepsi products.

Qualifications

• You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence

• You hold a valid Class G driver’s license and have access to your own vehicle.
• You’re physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
• You enjoy working independently and are self-motivated.
• You have excellent time management skills
