In this hybrid role, you’ll work primarily in our Warehouse, with the opportunity to support our Delivery Driving team on a required basis during peak periods and for additional coverage. Compensation: Your hourly rate will vary depending on the type of shift you’re working:

• Warehouse Shift: $24.19 per hour
• Delivery Driver Shift: $32.53 per hour

Responsibilities

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Afternoons: 12:30pm to 9:00pm Monday to Thursday Days: 11am to 7pm Friday
• Preparing clients’ orders using an automated Voice Pick system
• Building stable, secure, and accurate pallets
• Moving products that can weigh up to 60lbs
• Loading/unloading trucks
• Performing all tasks safely and efficiently
• Completing reports
• Following team leader’s instructions with precision

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Schedule: Days: 4:45am to 2:15pm, when required only between Monday - Saturday
• Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with the primary contacts at each account, acting as a PepsiCo ambassador.
• Providing accurate, timely product deliveries and unloading product as directed by the customer
• Processing invoices and handling daily settlement of accounts
• Stocking and rotating product in various environments, merchandising to standard at all accounts
• Building displays and setting up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners
• Accurately completing all necessary paperwork
• Performing all assigned duties in a safe and responsible manner, while in compliance with all laws and transportation regulations

Physical demands and working conditions:

• You can lift/carry 60 lbs repetitively for up to 8 - 10 hours a day
• You can maneuver large loads by hand and with use of various aides, requiring a wide range of physical agility, flexibility, and strength
• You will be exposed to a variety of weather and temperature ranges, and you will safely operate the equipment during poor road and driving conditions

Qualifications

• You must have a valid Class 1 BC driver’s license with the ability to drive manual transmission with a clean driving record
• You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence
• You are a team player
• You’ve worked physically challenging jobs where safety is important
• You have basic writing and mathematics skills that allow you to complete required paperwork accurately

Additional skills you may have (not required, these are assets)

• Walkie rider or forklift experience
• Flexibility to work extended hours and overtime
• Prior merchandising or customer service experience
