Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a PeopleSoft Developer to support a higher education client within their Application Services team. This role is 5 days onsite in London, Ontario and will support a mix of application development and ongoing support.

The successful candidate will work with business areas to gather requirements, develop and implement solutions, maintain application databases, and troubleshoot existing applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft/PeopleTools development experience.
• 3+ years of relational database experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and/or MySQL.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Experience with application development, implementation, maintenance, and support.
• Exposure to Java, JavaScript, ASP.NET, or similar programming languages.
• College diploma or university education in IT/Computer Science.
• Oracle PeopleTools/Application Developer certification.
• Experience working in an Oracle environment.
• Experience with PeopleSoft modules such as HR, Financials, Campus Solutions, or Contributor Relations.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business areas and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement PeopleSoft applications and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain application databases and troubleshoot existing applications.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure reliable operation.
