Are you highly organized detail-oriented and motivated by helping things run smoothly behind the scenes This temporary role offers an opportunity to play an important part in ensuring the accuracy and organization of CLBCs employee records and supporting our People & Culture operations.
As a People Services Administrator your primary focus will be maintaining employee files and transforming paper records into digital format by scanning organizing and uploading them into our electronic records system (EDRMS). As the digitization project progresses you may also assist with other administrative processes such as responding to inquiries coordinating forms and documentation and assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities.
From time to time you will also support other areas of People & Culture including Talent Acquisition Benefits or Employee and Labour Relations gaining exposure to different functions and broadening your HR experience.
