  • Support system updates, permissions management, and integrations with payroll, IT, and other internal platforms.
  • Partner with our Senior HR Analyst to generate reports to support decision-making and provide insights into workforce trends.
Operational Support & Process Optimization:
  • Execute key employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, job changes, offboarding) using HR systems and automation tools.
  • Help improve HR workflows and documentation, contributing to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Partner with IT and Finance to ensure seamless data flow across platforms and alignment with internal controls.
Compliance & Document Management:
  • Support compliance with regional labor laws and Caseware policies through timely documentation and system updates.
  • Assist with the rollout and tracking of policy changes, ensuring acknowledgment through the HRIS.
  • Maintain digital employee files and ensure data handling aligns with global privacy and audit standards.
