Job summary

A leading construction materials company in Oakville seeks an HR professional to support daily operations and administrative tasks. You'll manage onboarding processes, maintain HR data, and assist the Talent Acquisition Team. The ideal candidate has a university degree or college diploma in business or HR, alongside strong MS Office skills. This role offers a hybrid work model on a contract basis.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience within a similar type of role.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous and fluid situations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid G Driver’s license with own transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Resources team through daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Act as point of contact for all new employees.
  • Prepare Employee Change Forms and administer HR approved payroll changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee e-records through database and file updating.
