THE TEAM

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Compensation & Benefits Department, you will be part of the team responsible for attracting and retaining top talent through a competitive, strategic compensation & benefits programs that reflects our corporate philosophies and objectives. As the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the most important Compensation and Benefit programs and lifecycles are executed perfectly and continuously improved. THE ROLE

As the Senior Manager/Manager, Compensation & Benefits Program Management, you will:

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of compensation & benefits programs, ensuring timely planning and execution
  • Manage the effective rollout of compensation and benefit initiatives and updates, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee expectations
  • Leverage internal survey data and external market data to inform program value and optimization opportunities
  • Support program integrity through regular audits, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation
  • Support regulatory compliance and deliver accurate, timely reporting for governance and decision-making
  • Drive the successful execution and continuous improvement of all compensation programs by effectively managing people, process, technology and tools
THE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Compensation and / or Benefits, or Project Management

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. We are always looking for top talent. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed upon salary may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.
