This critical role involves maintaining accurate records, assisting with onboarding, and serving as a contact for teammate inquiries. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, with 1-3 years in HR or administrative roles preferred. Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of HR, administrative, or coordinator experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate teammate records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and ensure equipment is ready.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for teammate HR inquiries.
  • Support audits and data clean-up efforts.
  • Coordinate P&C communications and assist with scheduling.
