• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a generalist or business partner capacity.
• Experience in unionized environments is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Standards Act (ESA) and related legislation.

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and performance management.
