  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor, identifying trends in people data to proactively address issues and support business decisions.
  • Lead implementation and improvement of HR programs, policies, and practices.
  • Manage core HR processes (performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement survey and action planning) while ensuring consistent policy application.
  • Coordinate leave of absence requests with Total Rewards and Payroll while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coach managers on effective people management and provide guidance on performance plans and career development.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by assessing offerings against evolving business needs.
  • Facilitate resolution of complex employee relations issues and identify process improvements to enhance employee experience.
