Reporting to the VP, People & Talent the People Business Partner will play a pivotal role in scaling Clariti's leadership capability and strengthening manager consistency across the organization. You'll lead the design and delivery of our in-house management training programs, take end-to-end ownership of complex employee relations matters, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational performance and people development.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced People Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment and wants to make a direct, visible impact. You'll have autonomy to build foundational programs from the ground up while collaborating closely with a lean, high-performing People & Talent team.
As Clariti grows from ~135 to 160+ employees by the end of 2026, this role will shape how our managers lead and our culture evolves. As a People Business Partner at Clariti, you'll get to :

💰 The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $100-125k CAD based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy. 💰

Travel - Although we operate as a remote company, all roles are expected to participate in occasional travel for in-person company-wide or departmental meetings, typically 1-2 times per year. Additional travel requirements specific to the role, if any, will be outlined in the job description.
