A leading professional services firm is seeking a People and Culture Manager in Canada, particularly for the locations of Prince Rupert, Terrace, and Smithers. This role involves coaching People Managers, supporting cultural integration, and executing HR processes. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in HR, excellent business acumen, and an HR-related post-secondary education. The salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $120,000. The Manager, People & Culture Experience, reports to the Lead Manager, People and Culture.

This role requires you to build strong connections within People & Culture, as well as with local leadership teams. Supporting our continued growth, this role will include being responsible for three newly merged locations in Prince Rupert, Terrace and Smithers BC. We are flexible on the location of this role for the right person and will consider Prince Rupert, Terrace, Vancouver, Surrey or Langley supporting colleagues locally and in various locations across British Columbia. As we believe in‑person connections build strong, deep relationships, periodic travel to and within the northern BC offices is expected. Travel within the lower mainland will depend on the home office location.

To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $85,000–$120,000 in Prince Rupert, BC. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.
