FSRA in Toronto seeks a Business Analyst for Pension to lead research, analysis, planning and implementation of business processes, data systems and technology strategies to support pension plan regulation in Ontario.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst, a related bachelor's degree, and strong skills in analysis, project management, stakeholder engagement and data governance. Proficiency with Power Platform, Python and SQL is desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or IT or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Pension domain experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of analysis principles, practices and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research and analysis of business needs to support process and system development.
• Review processes, data workflows and technologies for improvements.
• Prepare papers, briefs and reports for management.
• Develop options for process redesign and regulatory database improvements.
• Create detailed business cases to support strategies and system initiatives.
• Ensure data quality, privacy and security across the division.
• Administer Pension Division's internal regulatory database and train staff.
• Lead project teams and develop plans, resources and progress reports.
