Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Defined Benefit pension administration experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Defined Benefit pension plans and legislation.
• Ability to lead projects, take ownership of tasks.
• Proven multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective administration of RBC Pension Plans.
• Perform and review pension data calculations.
• Calculate pension entitlement for retiring members.
• Advise plan members and staff on complex cases.
• Participate in pension administration system improvements.
