Job summary

Health Match BC seeks a pediatrician for a brand-new clinic in Mission, British Columbia. The physician will provide comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents in a modern, physician-focused environment with strong administrative support.

The clinic features six examination rooms, onsite pharmacy, advanced EMR, and full MOA/nursing support. Flexible scheduling and high patient demand with strong community referrals are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and licensure to practice pediatrics in British Columbia.
• Experience in pediatric care is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork within a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care for infants, children and adolescents.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and monitor health development and preventive care.
• Coordinate with MOA staff, pharmacy, and other healthcare providers; facilitate referrals as needed.

The Medical Clinic is seeking a Pediatrician to join our brand-new, state-of-the-art medical clinic located in Mission, British Columbia. This is an excellent opportunity to establish a pediatric practice in a modern, physician-focused environment with strong administrative and clinical support.

Our newly opened clinic features six spacious examination rooms, dedicated physician office space, a shared staff lunchroom, advanced medical equipment, and an onsite pharmacy. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive pediatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health promotion, preventive care, developmental monitoring, and ongoing management of infants, children, and adolescents. Opportunities exist to build a community-based pediatric practice with referrals from local family physicians and healthcare providers.

Compensation

Compensation Type: Fee-for-Service

Estimated Remuneration: $250,000 – $500,000+ (dependent on workload, patient volume, and billing practices)
