Qualifications

• Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing.
• Previous pediatric experience preferred.
• ADP Authorizer or willingness to be trained preferred.
• Knowledge of principles of reflective practice.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support a Tiered Model school-based rehabilitation program.
• Provide care to complex pediatric clients in schools and homes.
• Facilitate partnerships between families, schools, and healthcare systems.
