Job summary

A community service organization in Prince Rupert seeks an Occupational Therapist to develop and implement programs for children and youth with physical disabilities and neurodiverse needs. The position offers a competitive salary of $45.95 - $57.04 per hour plus comprehensive health benefits and pension plan eligibility. Candidates must possess an entry-level occupational therapy qualification and be registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. Opportunities for flexibility and relocation assistance are also provided.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in pediatric OT service delivery is preferred.
  • Clear Criminal Record Review is required.
  • Class 5 driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate individually designed intervention programs.
  • Provide assistive technology and recommendations for children and youth.
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary service delivery team.
