Job summary

OuTcomes Therapy seeks licensed occupational therapists to serve children and youth across schools, homes, and community settings.

Full-time, part-time or contract roles available with a competitive salary, benefits, and a $15,000 signing bonus. The position includes weekly mentorship, continuing education, and access to assessment tools and clinical management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Eligible for Saskatchewan College of Occupational Therapists licensure.
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required.
• Current Criminal Record Check.
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to children and youth in schools, homes, or community settings.
• Develop and implement direct and group therapy programs for children.
• Collaborate with families and school/clinical teams to support goals.
• Participate in program development and maintain documentation.

Successful candidates will:

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Full-time (37.5 Hours/Week), part-time, and contract opportunities available. Successful candidates should be highly motivated & possess the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of the team.
