Job summary

Coven Health Collective in Calgary, AB is seeking a Pediatric Chiropractor to join our collaborative pediatric team. This contractor role focuses on infants, children, and families, delivering 60-minute assessments and 30-60 minute follow-ups.

Available shifts: minimum 3 per week, mornings or afternoons, with 7 days per week opening. We value mentorship, community education, and flexible scheduling in a clinic that supports growth as a clinician.

Qualifications

• Registered chiropractor in good standing with the provincial regulatory College (CCOA).
• CPR-C / First Aid certification.
• Pediatric chiropractic credentials preferred (ICPA, CACCP).
• Experience caring for infants, children, adolescents, and families.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative contractor clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess and develop comprehensive pediatric treatment plans using evidence-informed chiropractic care.
• Deliver family-centred care with emphasis on communication and informed consent.
• Maintain complete patient records (Jane App).
• Coordinate referrals and collaborative care plans with healthcare providers.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development.
• Contribute to clinic education and community outreach initiatives.
• Stay engaged in clinic-led initiatives and events.

We're currently in search of a Pediatric Chiropractor to join our growing team. Whether you're newly certified or an experienced pediatric chiropractor looking to practice in a clinic that truly values collaborative, family-centred care we'd love to connect.

Location: Coven Health Collective (Mission, Calgary, AB)

Availability: Minimum 3 shifts per week either in mornings (7:00 AM - 1:00 PM) or afternoons (1:15 PM - 8:00 PM). We have availability 7 days per week!

Your Roles And Responsibilities

• Assess and develop comprehensive treatment plans for a variety of pediatric musculoskeletal, developmental, and functional concerns using evidence-informed chiropractic care
• Deliver family-centred care while prioritizing communication, education, and informed consent throughout the treatment process
• Maintain complete, accurate patient records using Jane App
• Communicate clearly with clients, caregivers, teammates, and leadership
• Coordinate referrals, requisitions, and collaborative care plans with internal and external healthcare providers
• Stay engaged in ongoing education and professional development
• Contribute to the clinic's community presence through education, workshops, and outreach initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

• Registered Chiropractor in good standing with the provincial regulatory College (CCOA)
• Valid malpractice insurance (CCPA)
• Additional education, certification, or demonstrated clinical experience in pediatric chiropractic care (ICPA, CACCP, or equivalent preferred)
• Clinical experience, interest, or coursework in caring for infants, children, adolescents, and families
• A willingness to work with a diverse and dynamic client population
• Comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team
• Current CPR-C / First Aid certification

Bonus Points For...

• Additional advanced certifications (perinatal care, soft tissue therapies, rehabilitation, etc.)
• Experience working collaboratively alongside pediatric occupational therapists, pelvic health physiotherapists, massage therapists or other pediatric healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with EMRs (Jane App), Gmail, WhatsApp, and other digital tools
• Interest or experience in providing trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and family-centred care
