Job summary

Shared Health and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority seek two permanent Pediatric Fellowship Trained Anesthesiologists to join an integrated team providing clinical care, education and research in Pediatric Anesthesiology at Winnipeg, MB.

Successful candidates must hold an MD, be certified or eligible for RCPSC certification, have completed a pediatric anesthesia fellowship (minimum one year), and be eligible for Manitoba licensure.

Qualifications

• MD degree and eligible for RCPSC certification.
• Fellowship training in Pediatric Anesthesia (min 1 year).
• Eligible for licensure with the Manitoba College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical anesthesia care for pediatric patients.
• Educate medical students, residents and fellows affiliated with the department.
• Participate in the acute pain service and related activities.
