What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Review clinical reports and forms for quality, continuity, consistency, and clinical outcomes
  • Ensure reports comply with legislative requirements and customer standards
  • Collaborate with clinicians to provide guidance and feedback on reports
  • Complete administrative tasks in web-based systems for tracking and quality reporting
  • Assist clinical staff in formulating recommendations and maintaining program standards
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the rehabilitation industry
  • University degree in a relevant healthcare domain
  • Must be a regulated health professional
  • Must have resided in Canada in the last 5 years and be open to reliability screening upon offer
  • Basic working knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to regulated health professionals and Veterans Affairs Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Clinical or rehabilitation experience in delivering interdisciplinary care, conducting FCEs, or clinical evaluations
  • Experience with military culture and Canadian Veterans
  • Proficiency in MS Word and ability to learn new systems quickly
