Job summary

Loblaw's Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is seeking talented leaders to join our store management team and drive sales and customer satisfaction.

As a Manager you will lead, coach and motivate colleagues, uphold merchandising and operational standards, and be accountable for departmental results in a unionized environment, with evening and weekend shifts. We also emphasize sustainability, community impact, and our CORE values of Care, Ownership, Respect and Excellence to guide daily decisions.
