As a Client Payroll Executive, you’ll be part of the team managing PSI’s largest and most complex Canadian payrolls. You’ll take ownership of payrolls end‑to‑end, working directly with clients to ensure every calculation, deduction, and benefit is handled correctly. From commissions and stock plans to taxable benefits and year‑end reconciliations, you’ll be the trusted expert that clients rely on every single pay cycle.

This role can be based anywhere in Ontario, Canada, with a planned start date of November 2025, but you’ll need to be able to work Eastern Time hours to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
You’ll be part of our Client Services division, within the specialist team that manages PSI’s largest and most complex Canadian payrolls. While other teams focus on mid‑sized or less complex client needs, this group is trusted with the payrolls that require the highest level of accuracy, compliance knowledge, and attention to detail.
We don’t just process numbers – we build strong client relationships, solve tough payroll challenges, and deliver the boutique service that sets PSI apart. Working closely with colleagues in Implementation and Operations, you’ll ensure new clients transition smoothly and existing clients continue to receive the expert service they expect.
