We’re looking for a Payroll & HR Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting both employees and business operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Approve and review daily timecards, ensuring accuracy in payroll.
  • Partner with the payroll team on compensation changes and year-end reporting.
  • Post roles, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support onboarding.
  • Be a trusted point of contact for employees, supporting performance reviews and addressing workplace concerns.
  • Keep policies current, ensure compliance with employment laws, and provide training where needed.
  • Maintain and support employee development and training records.
  • Promote a safe and positive workplace culture.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years in a payroll role and at least 1 year in HR.
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources (certificate / diploma).Knowledge of payroll regulations and employment standards.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to balance priorities and work with discretion.A proactive, “can-do” attitude.Experience in restoration, construction, or related industries is an asset but not required.
