Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monthly payroll processing and payroll administration.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and ensure timely salary computation.
  • Check attendance records for computation of payments.
  • Manage HRIS EasyTime attendance system and ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Handle and resolve queries on payroll related matters.
  • Submit income tax for foreign employees.
  • Maintain employees' personal files and records in HRIS system.

Min Diploma in HRM or equivalent
Job description

Responsible for monthly payroll processing and payroll administration.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and ensure timely salary computation, which includes commission, overtime, allowances and other payment.

Responsible for checking attendance records in TMS system and manual attendance records for computation of payments.

Manage and process HRIS EasyTime attendance system and ensure payroll is processed with accuracy and completeness.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of payroll.

Handle and resolve queries on payroll related matters.

Income tax submission for foreign employees.

Handle work permit and spass application and renewals.

Maintain and update employees' personal files and records in HRIS system.

Administration of employee confirmation, resignation and other employment related letters.

Submission of government-paid claims such as Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, and other related claims.

Support HR activities and initiatives.

Generate HR reports and provide analysis reports as and when required.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Min Diploma in HRM or equivalent.

At least 2 years of hands-on payroll experience in a retail environment (with commission and overtime payment)

Proficient in HRIS EasyPay, EasyTime and Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Meticulous, proactive, and a good team player.
