You will guide a team of analysts, define analytics strategy, build metrics, run A/B tests, and deliver dashboards, partnering with Engineering, Product and Business teams. The role requires 8+ years in data-driven decision making and expertise in big data tools and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years using data to drive business decisions, with 6+ years if a Master's.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication to present analytics to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of driving business impact through data science.
• Experience manipulating and analyzing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead a team of high-performing analysts.
• Set analytics strategy and roadmaps for Financial Services domain.
• Define and track metrics to evaluate product performance and health.
• Build A/B tests, causal inference, and predictive analytics to inform roadmaps.
• Develop dashboards and self-service data visualization tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges with analytics.
