Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services is seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician to join our city-wide crew. You will perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more using our specialized equipment to deliver value for clients.

You will plan production, communicate daily with the Operations Manager, and maintain a safe job site while supporting growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid local full driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver’s Abstract required).
• Self-motivated, critical thinker who can solve problems.
• Be punctual, organized and detail-oriented.
• Capable of physical work (walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs).
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Experience with small engines and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
• Engineering background is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
• Plan and facilitate production of high-quality projects.
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
