Our FYidoctors Prairie - Westgate Drive clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist.

This position is a part‑time role working 20‑29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Saturday.

You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world‑class service to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients every day. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre‑testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
  • Checking patients in and out of the office
  • Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
  • Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
  • Administering pre‑testing services
  • Upholding excellent customer service standards
