Job summary

FYidoctors, a division of FYihealth group, is seeking a part-time Patient Services Specialist for the Gander clinic to deliver outstanding service to patients in person, by phone, and by email. You will greet patients, manage check-in/out, assist with pre-testing, coordinate appointments, handle billing, and support eyewear services while contributing to a collaborative team.

You will also provide exceptional patient experiences, engage with patients, and help maintain a smooth clinic operation

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is an asset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

Our FYidoctors - Ganderclinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic, and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.

This position is a part-time role working 20-29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday.

What You'll Do
