FYidoctors Penticton - Skaha Lake clinic is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support to patients in a collaborative team. This full-time role (30-40 hours/week) operates Monday to Friday in a busy eyecare environment.

You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, perform pre-testing, coordinate appointments, manage billing, and assist with eyewear repairs while providing a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for connecting with patients and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

FYidoctors Penticton - Skaha Lake clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy! In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service and support, enhancing the lives of our patients in a dynamic and rewarding environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
